SARS-CoV2-ProtectAbility ELISA

Level of antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 reflects, at certain extent, the ability of organism to prevent from infection, either after previous infection or after vaccination. This assay selectively detemines only those antibodies that block specific area on receptor binding domain (RBD) of SARS-CoV-2 S protein, responsible for ACE2 receptor binding. The quantitative measurement of such neutralizing antibodies can be used as an aid in diagnosis of previous SARS-CoV-2 infection and for the assessment of immune response efficacy after vaccination and previous infection.
